when i user want to get a coupons from the site dos he need to register?
if yes ... and he need to register.
is the system keep all the coupons he download or use?

do the use have an admin panel to see all the info ?

Clipper's revenue model is through affiliate links and so you need to register to be a member of an affiliate network such as Commission Junction in order get the coupons. Clipper has a built-in csv importer you can use for the coupons' data from the affiliate networks.
