User Roles

I need to be able to restirct the user role of subscriber to only allow them to view ad's and add a comment but not post and ad.

I will be setting the default user role to subscriber and manualy creating the contriuter users myself so that they will be the only ones that can create an ad.

Can this be done with classipress?

There is no default option on this but definitely possible through custom coding. The theme is not encrypted and so it can be modified according to your needs.

I would be able to custom coding myself so that is not an issue. Would you have a pointer as to the best way for your theme. There are a couple of ways I can do this.

If you can code then and knows Wordpress functions then you can definitely implement it.
