    User Transaction (user recieve payment for their ads options)

    Are there any plugins, apps, etc... that will allow my users who post ads to recieve payment via their ad post page? Maybe that works with paypal?

    Not that I am aware of. It could possibly be done with customization, but that would come down to your level of coding knowledge, or alternatively, you could hire a developer to implement such a feature.
