I already own a Classpress theme and I'd like to know if I buy the club package I will be able to install all themes on the same server and the users will be able to user one login to access all themes.

Yes this can be done, and if you search the forums under your AppThemes account you'll be able to find existing topics relating to this. You may find that installing WordPress Multisite a good solution.
