Using Vantage for Multiple Directories

I am looking at purchasing Vantage and I have a question.

If I purchase Vantage I am thinking of using it for a restaurant directory in the city that I live in. I also would like to have a directory for health and wellness businesses here as well. My question is do I have to purchase 2 copies of Vantage or can I use the 1 copy and set up 2 different directories using different domain names. Does this setup fall under multisite.
