v3.0 Flagging Process

Can someone explain how the flagging process currently works and if there will be any changes in version 3.0.

1. What happens when an ad gets flagged?
2. How many times does it have to be flagged before it gets removed from the site?
3. Can the site admin override a flag and have the ad "re-posted"?

Any details you can provide would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I don't believe there has been any mention of changes to the current setup with reporting posts? At least not that I have heard.

When someone clicks on the report flag, currently an e-mail is sent to the CP admin to notify them of which ad has been flagged. Nothing happens to the ad though, you would need to manually remove the ad. There doesn't appear to be any limit since nothing else happens apart from the e-mail.

Ok great! So the site admin has the final say in whether the ad stays posted or not, correct? Can the same ad be flagged again once the admin has deemed in appropriate to stay posted?

Yep :) No, there isn't a way to stop someone clicking the report flag again, though with every e-mail notification you get that someone has clicked it, you get an IP address so you'll at least know if it's the same person.

Also, you have the option to switch the report button off altogether.
