Could you customise so that it looks similar to this website http://www.counselling-directory.org.uk/ and how much would you charge for customisation?

With your import feature can you import selectively e.g. by business category as well as location?

Can businesses upload a sales video using webcam or via Youtube or by some other means?

Do you have built in merchant payment systems?

AppThemes doesn't offer customization services, however we do have a certified partners page where you can find developers for hire who are experienced at working with our themes. The .csv importing tool requires all fields for importing listings (i.e. not just categories alone). You cannot upload video, however you can add embedded YouTube code into a listing description to post a video. Vantage includes the PayPal payment gateway by default, and you can purchase other payment gateway plugins from the AppThemes marketplace. Thanks.
