Sorry for the confusion pepsi.

Site does 2 things

1) allows clients to post to us via a form for us to forward to our members who are on our directory so they compete for the business or 2) search individually via the directory

So homepage says
1 find a mechanic or engineer (explain what they need and we match-make a few for you to choose)

2 search our mechanic and engineer directory

So the custom forms are added for clients selecting which area they need (1) ie mechanic, exhaust

Or mechanics and engineers signing up through our directory (2)

Thanks for the further clarification, this would ultimately require some customization of the default theme in order to achieve the process you are looking for. As was mentioned in the original thread, if you are not looking to make the modifications yourself, AppThemes doesn't offer customization services, however we do have a certified partners page where you can find developers for hire who can implement these changes to the default theme for you.
