Just want to make sure these features are included:
- Auto messages to listing owners when their listings are about to expire etc?
- Submitters can submit new listings and new listings will show up in the main admin area and the site owner will have to approve (no need to content entry)?
- Is there a mobile app for this?

- Users will receive an email when the listing has expired and they have the option to relist.
- This is an optional function, you can either allow listings to be published without moderation, or with (which means admin manually approves it before it is published).
- Vantage is a responsive theme, so is designed to change layout for optimal viewing on any device.
