Hi am planning to start a project with Vantage and want to add Job Roller and Quality Control on the same domain like

www.domainname.com/jobs (Job Roller)
www.domain.com/support (Quality Control)

Can you please guide hot to install all the three themes on the same domain

Just an idea, why don't you create subdomains instead of several directories in the same domain.

www.jobs.domainname.com
www.support.domainname.com

Do you have any tutorial about how I can add several themes as subdomains? And how the user can have the same user-credentials on all themes?

The wordpress themes instalation in subdomains have no diferrences from any other instalation. You have to look at a subdomain site as another normal site, the only difference is the parent domain name.

I think the roles of the users from Jobroller, Quality Control and Vantage are different from each other.
You can try to find some plugin that share the wordpress users table between wordpress installations.

When using a multi site install all the users are shared through all the sites. You do not need any third party plugin.
