I am interested in the Vantage theme.

Is there a way to have free and paid listings offering more features to paid listings?

It looks like the only upgrade is to have featured listings.

Yes you can set up payment plans, however there are no specific settings for the featured listings outside of the duration (in the case of plans) and whether or not you want them featured on the category and/or homepage, and price (in the case of individual listings). Thanks.
