Vantage Theme - Modifications?

Hi, I am interested in making an online directory website and have been researching the different wordpress themes. On your Vantage Theme, I noticed the Showcase websites all pretty much look the same.

1) Is it possible to add a photo slider in between the "search bar" and "list of reviews" ?

2) Also, is it possible to take elements from another wordpress template and incorporate it into Vantages Theme?

3) Is there a login for the website visitors that go to the site or is it only for the businesses listing owners?

4) Do you have a list of Wordpress coders that can make customizations to the Vantage theme?

1.The source of the theme is open for any customization you need.

2.The same as #1

3.The site is open for all visitors, if someone wants to submit a listing then he has to register and login.

4.Yes we do, have a look at our certified or community partners.

Do you know when the newest version of Vantage will be launching? So if I just purchase the basic Vantage theme, I can hire a consultant to make changes to the wordpress template, correct?
