Is Vantage theme multilingual?

Hello, before i buy Vantage Theme i would like to know couple of things:
1: Is the Vantage Theme multilingual, i want all the menus,categories,buttons, everything that is built in, in Czech language.
2: If not, can i change all the above in my own language?

Our themes can be translated into any language as outlined on our languages page, however there is no built in function to allow multiple languages at the same time in terms of a language selector. Thanks.
