Vantage theme pre-sale question

HI there,
In Vantage theme, is there a way to make the Near (City,Country) default to instead be a dropdown menu that shows the locations of the listings when selected for only 5 cities. The requirement is that it isn't search, but instead, a fixed drop-down menu as set by a predetermined number of locations (same name) added to the listing/event.

This is not a default feature of the theme, so it would require customization on your part if you were looking to do this. Vantage is not encrypted though,. so you are free to make modifications if you wish. Thanks.
