Waiting for 3 days for Coupon Code for Classipress

Hi there,
I sent the details of my new Hostgator account - to promos at appthemes.com - in order to receive the Classipress discount code but have not heard anything back from Appthemes. It has been about 3 days now. I also sent a followup email after the 24-48 hour window.

Is the offer ,http://www.appthemes.com/promos/ still valid or is there some other issue ?

Sorry to hear you are awaiting a response, however there are no hosting discounts awaiting processing at this time so it appears we haven't received the email? Would you mind please emailing us here which will go to an alternative address and we'll get this actioned right away. Thanks.
