Ahlan wa sahlan habibi! I haven't seen an Arabic sample but CP has been translated in Arabic too. using an RTL file to change the alignment of ur site and the language pack u can do everything so as to create a perfect Arab classifieds !
All updates are free for life (no matter which package u purchase) ! but my suggestion is to wait for Classipress 3.1 it's been scheduled to be released by the end of Oct ! if u ain't in hurry to set ur site up and u don't need to do heavy modification then wait bcuz u can set it up just in an hour !!!
CP is the best classified theme I've ever seen (for WP) ! I am a customer not member of CP TM ! it worth to wait!
