    Want to buy Classipress, but on live Classipress site can't login on IE8

    Hi there - I have a client who is interested in buying Classipress right away but we need to get one concern addressed. We are evaluating a live Classipress site but are finding a persistent issue with IE8/PC where we can't log in to our user dashboard. We can on all non-IE browsers, but IE8 support is a showstopper, we can't buy without it.

    Are you familiar with an IE8 login issue and is there a solution? It is something like cookies or a related issue that is not intrinsic to IE?

    I have yet to find a reported issue regarding IE8 login. What site have you tested it with then.

    Here is the site - www.firefightersnetwork.com

    I've had multiple people test from different locations and nobody can log in on IE after they create their free account.

    It is probably because the site is served through iframe and so try it from the source site.

    Thanks, that was the issue! Forwarding a domain causes IE to fail when someone tries to log in. Case closed.
