I want to buy Vantage but need Location costumization

Hi,
I really like your theme (Vantage) but need to add locations like that:

I want to have location pages ,example: vantage.com/chicago
So,on create listings page to have dropdown field: "choose location"
and when someone submit listing and choose for example: Location: "Chicago", and category: "Business"
Lets say company name:"Coca-cola",the listing should go to:
vantage.com/business and to vantage.com/chicago/businessa
Can you do that customization?
