I want to purchse but i didn't find answer to:difference between the two licenses!!

Hi,
I know that i can use the them on as many websites as i like
in the standart license if they are my websites do you know if i can use the them
on any website even on others websites in the standart license ?
I didn't see any ducument that shows the difference between
the developer license and the standart license in Clipper or other themes!,
is there any document like that?
and are the Photoshop design files are just more design options?

Yes, you can use it on other sites. But only the one that bought the theme gets support and updates.

There are no other built in options for design. The developer edition includes the psd file.

Do you mean that i can use it on other sites on both licenses, even i can install them on sites that don't belong to me
like customers sites with standart licenses?
and what are the psd files are? are they the graphics files of the theme so you can make the site look more personal?
