Way to upload images of store innstead of present automated system

when i have seen the admin panel, it seem when you add a store, the store thumbnail is automatically taken from the store URL, is there a way to upload the store thumbnail.

There is currently not a way to create or upload a thumbnail without some modification of the theme. Coincidentally, we created a tutorial on that very thing today. You can view it here: https://docs.appthemes.com/clipper/a...s-into-clipper

We have considered adding the ability to add your own thumbnail, but that likely will not be included for at least a few months.
