The difference between the two license types is that the developer license includes the Photoshop .psd files and the standard licence does not. These files are useful for web designers who wish to change the layout of the theme as it contains all the size, color and layout information readily available. The current standard single theme price is $99, and the developer single theme price is $159, you can view more details on our pricing page. Thanks.

There are files for the layout of the home, single ad, and standard pages. You will still need knowledge of css in order to make use of the files, so if you're not sure you will need them then you can always purchase the standard license and upgrade to developer at a later time if you find you do need them. Thanks.
