A lot of new features are being packed in and I will be finishing up with them soon.

Some of the new features include:
-Tagging support
-Adsense support
-Google Analytics support
-Feedburner support
-Five color schemes
-Comments module added
-Ads total views counter
-Multi-language support
-404 page included
and more...

This will be a great release! The tentative go live date is April 6th.

1 feature that kept me from buying - I know you guys have a location field, but if you're familiar with craigslist, it allows for easy toggle or pivot between subregions - so in newyork.craigslist.org, there's:

Citywide | Manhattan | Brooklyn | Queens, etc.

By clicking just Brooklyn, then any ad category (e.g. Autos) I get only cars for sale in Brooklyn.

Mediaverse, you could just create a top-level category called "new york" and then sub categories called "manhattan", "brooklyn", etc, right? Then put your cars for sale in that region there. You could also just do a search for "Brooklyn cars" and get those results. :)

The newest version (v2.8) has just been released! Prices will be going up eventually but not for a little while. Check out the new live demo to see it in action. :D

Existing customers will be notified next week with instructions on how to update their site. I am in the process of updating the current site with the new feature information, screenshots, and a better demo site.

So I am guessing that you werent able to incorporate the feature to allow users to both edit and end there own items. i would imagine that would be a headliner of a feature. You did mention that, that feature would be included in this release so maybe you just forgot to mention it...
