Why Can I Not Read Posts on the Forum?

I've been a customer of AppThemes since the very early days with a full developers license.

I'm looking at purchasing your Clipper Theme next but...

There is this one infuriating problem...

Somebody else has asked exactly the same question which is going through my mind but I cannot view the answer... Why?... because I get a message on the reply below saying that I must be logged into the forum to read the answer I'm looking for.

Well I am logged in and I still can't see it. Which is pretty daft by any stretch of the imagination.

If I don't get this answer immediately, I'll simply take my business elsewhere and buy what I need from one of your competitors.

Why can I not read the replies to forum posts please? It seems absolutely ridiculous to me not being able to do so.

Your username indicates that you are not currently logged in with the AppThemes account used to purchase your theme, which is why you cannot access the forums. Only verified accounts can access member-only areas, so unless you log in with the correct account, it will result in this happening. I hope this clarifies the issue for you. Thanks.
