Unless someone has actually tried all three, then I'm not sure it's possible to really compare them apart from what you see on the features page for each product.
For me personally, when I was originally looking around for a Classifieds theme, of all the plugins and themes I tried, ClassiPress was the most feature-rich solution by far which is why I chose it. Sure, since that time, I have noticed similar products now available, but it's pretty clear that they have pretty much copied ClassiPress and by the looks of a lot of them, they have also taken information from these forums to use for their products. To me they are all still imitations though, and it really goes to show how great ClassiPress is that others are taking the features and functions for their own "versions".. That's my personal opinion..
