Why most of the refine searches are not working?

Ok..before I can buy this awesome theme for my upcoming website, I checked the demo of classipress version 3.3.2. As they say, we can refine the search fields in the side bar. When I checked the demo of the Classipress-Admin theme, there was "Refine Search" field was already checked. So, if this is already checked then the demo should show the refine results in the side bar. But I saw many people searching for this issue.Please clear me if am wrong.

The other thing is that where are the social plugins in the admin demo? I cant see people login through the social buttons in the theme demo.

Please suggest me the reason because I am very eager to buy this theme. :)

The refine search functionality is located in the category view sidebar as shown on the demo site here. We don't have any third party plugins on the demo site as it shows what the default theme is like, and a social login feature is not built into the theme itself, however you can find recommended plugins here for this purpose. Thanks.
