why is there no contact page in the themes?

I am wondering why there is no Contact Page in the themes, is there a Contact Funktion ability in Vantage?

Are you referring to a contact form for the actual site (rather than for individual listings/ads?). If so, no they're not specifically built into the themes because there's a lot of contact form plugins around which can be easily implemented and are compatible. Thanks.

so I just make a new tab and place the contakt form in the new created site right?

here in Germany the Law says you should have a seperate contact form to get basic information about the firm.

Yes essentially that is how most contact form plugins work, you activate it, place the shortcode in the page created for the contact form and it will appear :) Thanks.
