Currently the refund would be automatic if the employer cancels the project or marks it as incomplete, and essentially the freelancer would only be able to give a negative review to explain what has happened. Also can you please tell me whether, after the cancelation of the order, the money is at once transfered to the employer paypal or bank account or it will be transfered to the website's balance first??
