I see that I will need to run Vantage on a sub site on WordPress. I can do that. My question is, we'd like to integrate some of the widgets from Vantage onto our main site which is an online newspaper. Doable?

All of our products are stand alone themes which require their own instance of WordPress to function, so they would take over any existing theme you may be using on that installation. They are not designed as plugins, so no, you wouldn't be able to extract parts of the theme as you describe and integrate them into another theme without customization on your part. Thanks.
