These are two different themes that are not designed to be integrated into one another in the way that a plugin can be. You'd either need to select one and customize it to add other functionality not already included, or perhaps look at using both on the same site, installed in subdirectories. e.g.
yourdomain.com <== Your Vantage installation
yourdomain.com/classifieds <== Your ClassiPress installation
