Willing to buy classipress professional edition.

I am wiling to buy classipress but i need some modification:

1.) I need paypal split payment system

2.) I am making a multivendor ebook shop where members will post there book to sale and when a buyer buys and pays via pay pal the payment will be get split into his and mine account.

3.) I have already bought dlguard and multivendor store scripts, as i was thinking to do myself. i will provide you both the scripts and i want digital delivery system integrated. which is already in dlguard just need to integrate in theme.

Please tell me if it is possible or if there is someone who can provide these services.
