I have looked at the admin and classipress demo, and i am wondering if i can add widgets to a classipress theme, and i am wondering if i can change the post an ad so that instead of having a country/state that you must select i want to have a street name that someone must select is that possible to swap out?

Yes you can add widgets.

If you are referring to the "post an ad" form, yes it can be done by creating a custom form in the Classipress admin settings.
