    WordPress 3.0 Multi-User Does Not Exist anymore

    Hi,

    WP MU is discontinue and has been replaced by "multisite", included in WP3.

    Could you please explain the advantage of buying your MU version?

    Is it possible to buy the Pro version and upgrade later to MU if our site is growing?

    If your intention is to use an MU type setup then the Ultimate licence is still the appropriate licence for this purpose, despite the WordPress changes.

    Yes, you can upgrade the licence type at a later time though.

    Why? Are there any special technical requirements that the other licences don't cover? I didn't have any problems installing classipress on a multisite (professional license).

    This is an interesting question. I would like to know this as well. I do have the Ultimate Edition and have also wondered which files are different on my version. When mods are discussed or upgrade tutorials are given, there never seems to be any side notes to the Ultimate Edition users to do anything different.
