yes, MU allows each new blog to have there own theme, pages, etc. Users are all "global" and are "assigned" to each blog which is different from regular
WP. We confirm that classipress works in this environment but we don't support the setup of WPMU as its fairly complex and easy to break if you don't know what your doing... heck its easy to break if you DO KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING!
