You almost had me as a customer until...
you said that no email or phone support was offered. I think email would be a bare minimum, not only because I dont want my personal site information posted in a forum, but because its kinda critical that regular support is there (not forums) if I am running a commercial business with your software.
Most companies would look at such as an opportunity, not a cost, simply by selling an additional, optional support fee (e.g. $x/yearly)
Hope you offer this at some point.
