As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Is this the same as "Rave review and price comparison theme"
Hi,

Lots of people have been waiting for the "Rave review and price comparison theme" that has been listed in the Theme Release page for some time, with a target release date of December 2013.

Today, a plugin (not a theme) has appeared in the Appthemes' marketplace called 'Price Comparer'. Are these two things actually the same thing, or are we still to expect a fully-fledged THEME, handling reviews and price comparisons?

Also, the plugin seems to handle Amazon,CJ and Linkshare. Are the plans to allow other networks such as Affiliate Window and Tradedoubler? Without those two, it wouldn't be much use to me (and I suspect most UK users).
