    Lightbulb Add personal data

    Hi there,

    What i need is when creating a new ticket , i want to have a seperate "tab" or area where i can enter personal details from a person (which is not a member of my site).
    Does anyone know how to do this , or a nice plugin to add (non wp) users to a ticket ?
