Email Features/Functions of Quality Control
Hi everyone,
i had a few questions regarding email functions of Quality Control Theme...
1. am i able to create a ticket by sending an email (i've seen ticket systems where by emailing a certain address, it auto creates a ticket)
2. will i get an email for every response made to a ticket i am assigned to?
2A. if so, when i get that email, can i respond to that email and it will add it to the ticket?
reason for these questions is that the people who i have in mind for this theme are usually on the go and can't always log into a computer to check and update.
