Howto add "assigned to" userinformation into ticket
Hi guys,
Really need some help with displaying assigned ticket owner profile information.
I have created 2 custom usertypes , which can be assigned to a ticket.
For example a buyer and a seller usertype.
Now we can easily assign these users into the “assigned to” field , no problem here
Now I want to display the seller first , and then the buyer(s) into the ticket.
Seller:
Tom Jones
Adress 123
Etc etc
Buyer:
Lisa Stansfield
Adres 123
Etc etc
Buyer
Michael Jackson
Neverland 123
Etc etc..
Buyer
…..
Anyone got a good pointer here ?
Or an existing plugin maybe ?
