Import coupons via Rakuten Linkshare Plugin

When I use Rakuten linksahre plugin, the imported coupons go to both non English and English version, which is used WPML on my site. I checked the setting of store and categories are all under English version， but why some of imported coupons are going to the non English version ?

For example, some coupons of retailer A goes to English version site, while some coupons of the same retailer A goes to non English version site。
