[BUG] CP 3.3.1 Custom Post Type & Taxonomy URLs Can't be changed.
This whole setting doesn't work. None of these options work.

Wp 3.6.1, CP 3.3.1., no plugins, default theme, permalinks saved several times, cache flushed, different browsers, all result in #fail. Settings remain in text boxes. Links are not changed.
