Ad display issue on homepage

Since updating to the latest version of classipress, the ads displayed on my homepage appear to be messed up. You can take a look at my page, http://fleabay.net for an example. Look at how the image isn't aligned with the text of the ad like it supposed to be. Is there an issue with the code in the new release causing this? How can I fix it?
