Ad text seems to enter correctly, but shows up with no line breaks

I am entering test ads on a new Classipress installation.

When I enter the ad, at the end of each line entered, there is an automatic line break and the text jumps to the next line.

When the ad is posted however, there is one long continuous line going off to the right of the page. The line breaks did not "translate" to the ad itself.

Any suggestions would be apprciated.
