Add new blog post - category selection not displaying properly

Hello

I'm having a problem with the category selection list when I try to post a new blog post. The list should scroll, but it isn't so you can only select from the top few categories.

The ad posts are working correctly.

I've deactivated all the plugins, and this made no difference. However when I also switched back to theme 2012, all was OK, so it seems to suggest that Classipress is causing this, which surprised me.

Seems unlikely to be a general problem or people would be howling.

Any ideas?
