    Add Text to New Listing Form

    I would like to add some instructional text to the new listing form. I know there are tool tips available, but that's not what I want. I want the text to actually appear without having to click something. The form is apparently created dynamically so I can't find a php file where I would add text. Thanks for your assistance!
