    Unhappy Adding custom form to all categories

    I have made custom fields and want to make new form. Yes, its simple, but problem is that i have few hundreds categories i want to add that form. Do i have to select all categories individually? I guess yes, because i dont see box that says 'select all'.

    Is there any quick fix for that or do i just need select all categories individually?
