Adding text to the Post an Ad redirection

Hello,

I was wondering how to add text mentioning that you need to register to post an ad when people click on "Post an Ad" without having register/login?

At present they get redirected to the Login page with the following text being displayed: Please complete the fields below to login to your account.

I would like to add something like: Only registered user can post ad - registration is free, etc.
