    Advance Search - Refine Results

    If you look at the demo - Premium WordPress Themes Demo Center | AppThemes and choose the real estate category you will see refine results for price, city, etc... how do we get that on our page... how can we add other criteria like 2 or 3 bedroom, etc. I assume that its on the demo - that it isnt custom coding... just need to set something up properly I think.
