Just installed v3.0.1 and wanted to congratulate David for the new release. It's a huge step forward and I am very impressed and happy with the new release. Great work!

When using the standard form to add a new ad, entering a value in the street field for instance is optional. However, when using a custom form, all the core fields become required.

I believe the value $result->field_req is "1" for all core fields, regardless of the actual entry in this field in the DB.
