    Question Allow Parent Category Posting

    Hi everyone,

    I noticed that in CP 3.1.5 there is an option to disallow Parent Category Posting. I need this function for my classipress website. However I'm still using CP 3.0.4 and I don't plan on upgrading now.

    Could you please tell me what file would I need to modify in CP 3.0.4 in order to benefit from this wonderful option?
