I am not receiving admin notifications emails

Hello, i am not receiving admin notification email when a listing is submitted for approval.
I´ve all ready tested with a new user. The user receives the new account notification, admin does not get any notification for a new account and new ad for approval.

I disabled all plugins and test it again, but problem persist.
